Jess Stempien

Jess Stempien is founder of Rooted in Process, a facilitation, consulting, and training company focused on using structured and participatory processes to help groups achieve shared awareness, shared agreement, and committed action. She is also co-founder of FloTop Facilitators, a ToP facilitation community space.

She is an International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Endorsed Facilitator, Certified DiSC Facilitator, Certified Technology of Participation (ToP®) Facilitator, Qualified ToP® Trainer, University of Florida Natural Resources Leadership Program Alumni and Bural Long Award recipient,  Vice President of Programs of the Southeast Association of Facilitators. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science. Most of her work has been with governmental, academic institutions, health agencies and organizations, and small non-profits. She resides in Lutz, Florida with her family in the same neighborhood she grew up in.
