Beth Stoffmacher
Beth Stoffmacher is the owner of Stoffmacher Consulting a facilitation, training and consulting firm. She has over 30 years’ experience working with disabled artists and arts organizations, disability organizations, state and federal agencies, advocates, individuals with developmental disabilities, and family members. She brings this experience into her ToP consensus workshop, action planning, and strategic planning, consultation, facilitation and training practice. She routinely infuses ToP methods and processes into strategy development, project management, and evaluation. She enthusiastically promotes ToP Methods and has encouraged numerous individuals to become trained and utilize the Methods for honest and respectful community engagement and inclusive participatory planning, meeting planning and problem solving. She has served as a member of the ToP Network Board since January 2024 and became the ToP Board Co-Chair in January 2025. She has trained over 20 Technology of Participation Methods online courses since 2023.
I am a consultant, trainer, and person with a disability. I train professionals on how to offer engaging, accessible and inclusive meetings that allow people with disabilities to participate and engage authentically. Inclusivity is personal, professional and everything to me!
