Catherine is a high-level organization development consultant, professional mediator, and trainer focused on helping management teams resolve conflict and productivity roadblocks through collaborative methods. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona, School of Government and Public Policy. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Boys to Men Tucson and the Center for Community Mediation and Facilitation.
