Erima Fobbs

 Erima Fobbs, MPH, has trained dozens of public and private ToP Facilitation Methods courses online and in-person. She is the owner and principal consultant of Collective Health Impact, LLC which operates out of VA but works nationally, including clients in MD, DC, HI, AK, OR, CA, OH, OK, MS, FLA and MA. She trains, facilitates and consults on group engagement, decisional conversations, strategic planning, action planning, meeting design, project management, assessments and evaluation. Her clients come from multiple sectors that utilize participatory approaches to improve community health and wellbeing, including state and local governments, non-profits, academic institutions and consulting companies involved in public health, behavioral health, housing and community development, and education. Her work is informed by decades of experience and is influenced by the wide range of participatory facilitation resources provided by the ToP Network, the Institute for Cultural Affairs (ICA), Strategic Doing, Essential Partners, MAPP, ASTHO, Community Toolbox and numerous others. Erima is actively involved in promoting ToP Methods as a Mentor Trainer, Facilitator and ICA Referral Team Member, and has served in the past as a member-at-large on the ToP Network Board and on other ToP action teams.
