Description
Have you ever been in a group when it seemed impossible to come to a decision? The vote was 50/50 with little common ground. There was no clear way to choose options, let alone reach consensus. Compromises left many feeling that they had given up something important.
The ToP Consensus Workshop Method is a way to create a consensus in a short period of time by using an integrated, collective thinking process. When consensus is reached, all participants feel that their ideas, insights, perspectives, and wisdom have been honored. The consensus includes their contributions and no one feels that they had “to give up something” so that the group could move forward. Each member of the group owns the group’s decisions, experiences an expansion of his or her personal perspective, and is comfortable operating in concert with the rest of the group.
