Description
As groups are regularly pivoting and adapting to new circumstances we see a rising demand for well facilitated short term action planning using the best in virtual facilitation practice. This course offers graduates of the TFM who already have some familiarity with the ToP Action Planning method the opportunity to learn and practice leading a group through it online. Facilitators will be able to use a combination of Zoom (or another video conferencing app) and Miro (or another visual workspace such as Google Slides or Mural) to engage their groups and organizations. Graduates will leave with increased confidence to create:
- A productive and engaging short term planning experience for participants.
- Shared core agreements and a clear distribution of responsibilities amongst a diverse team.
- Accountable benchmarks on a timeline to success.
- An immediate and visually compelling summary document to share with all involved.
Course Applicable To:
Graduates of the ToP Facilitation Methods Course who are wanting to build their skill leading groups through dynamic and engaging short term planning sessions online.
Prerequisites
ToP Facilitation Methods (either face-to-face or online)
Participants should sign up for a Miro account in advance and will be sent an orientation board, but do not have to be versed in Miro prior to attending.
Pricing
As part of this course fee participants will receive a Miro template for facilitating Action Planning valued at $550.
